The Cadac E Braai Electric BBQ is the perfect answer for anyone wanting the great BBQ taste without the fuss of gas or solid fuel. The E Braai can be used in the garden or balcony, but it is also equiped to pack up and take away thanks to the carry bag which is included as part of your purchase.
The E Braai features a 2.3kW heat coil which ensures a fast heat up time. A removable glass ring is fitted to protect the coil from any unwanted cooking fat.
The glory of this amazing electric BBQ is that you have total temperature control, thanks to the Auto Grill function. You can accurately set the desired temperature. The temperature is then measured from the grid and not the lid as with conventional BBQs. The temperature can be set anywhere from 70 degrees C to 270 degrees C. This gives you the ability to cook low and slow or really crank it up for high temperature searing.
