The cook box is made from die-cast aluminium and high-grade stainless-steel give long lasting durability and excellent heat retention.
The Broil King Imperial S590 features the easy-to-clean, maintenance free, long-lasting durability of cast stainless steel cooking grids. Stainless steel has been melted down and moulded into these cast stainless grills to match the shape of Broil King’s renowned cast iron grills. Like their cast-iron counterparts these grills have two sides. One side is pointed for perfect steak house grill marks, while the other side is grooved to capture juices for continuous basting.
A 2.7kw commercial grade side burner with heavy cast iron trivet allows you to do more. Also included is a 4.4kw stainless steel rotisserie burner comes complete with a premium spit rod and motor for consistent heat and for superior results.
The patented dual-tube burners are made from high quality, heavy duty stainless steel. These powerful burners coupled with the flav-r-wave cooking system give an even heat distribution throughout the entire cookbox.
