Featuring cast iron cooktops (1/2 grill, 1/2 flat griddle) and porcelain enameled roasting hood, the new 1600 series will bring you all of the quality you would expect from Australia’s top BBQ brand.
4 Cast Iron Burners give you plenty of heat to sear your meats while also being a master of your low and slow cooking.
The reliable Quartz Ignition System is attached to each burner which lights the BBQ with ease. Stainless Steel heat reflectors are included so there is even distribution of heat and no flames flare ups (you will not need the heat reflector under the solid flat griddle)
A double layered, rollback roasting hood is very robust and durable and includes a handy viewing window and integrated temperature thermometer.
